Kolpetty House, 2006

this house is built on 12 perches of land. the entire land is built on, with inward looking court yards and a strip of garden at the back with a connection to the clients parents garden. it is surrounded by multi story apartments, so the front facade is largely blank with timber grills where the court yards are, giving privacy but allowing light and ventilation.
